Welcome to Iran
Probably the Most Beautiful Country in the World
Iran, Persia, Pars, you have heard them all, a country as old as the history itself and as beautiful as eyes can perceive. Here you can visit glorious ancient structures like Persepolis, you can visit most amazing natural beauties like Harra mangroves, you can climb high mountains like Alborz, or just have a cup of tea in Hāfiz Garden, you can swim in Caspian Sea, or if you want to swim in winter season why not do that in Kish Island, where you can do your shopping too. In Iran you will experience different cultures and religions, with a hospitability you have never seen before.
Iran is a southwest Asian country of mountains and deserts. Eastern Iran is dominated by a high plateau, with large salt flats and vast sand deserts. The plateau is surrounded by even higher mountains, including the Zagros to the west and the Elburz to the north. Farming and settlement are largely concentrated in the narrow plains or valleys in the west or north, where there is more rainfall. Iran''s huge oil reserves lie in the southwest, along the Persian Gulf.

ISFAHAN
Naghshe –jahan  square is from the period of Shah Abbas I, and has a length of 500 m. from north to south, and its width being approximately 165 m. Surrounding this vicinity are the Abbasi Mosque and Sheikh Lotf Ol-lah Mosque, the Qaisarieh portal and the Ali Qapoo Edifice. During the reign of Shah Abbas I and his successors, this square was an area where festivities, polo, Profamatics and military parades took place.

SHIRAZ

Shiraz is the capital of Fars province, the cradle of Persian civilisation, where Persians or Farsis first settled. It is a city of learning, poetry, nightingales and flowers that was of great importance in the medieval Islamic world. Two of Iran''s greatest poets are buried in Shiraz: Hafez (14th century) and Sa''adi (13th century) and one can visit their mausoleums. Other sights include the Vakil and Jameh (Friday) mosques, the delightful Eram and Naranjestan gardens, the Pars Museum and Khan theological college. 60km north east of Shiraz lies Persepolis or Takhte-Jamshid , the city founded by the Achmaenian king Darius the Great in 512 BC and completed by his succesor Xerxes.
While most of the city was destroyed when Alexander the Great set fire to Persepolis in 331 BC, the ruins still evoke the power and splendour of the Persian Empire at its height, an empire which stretched from India in the East to the Mediterranean in the west. Many giant stone pillars, stairs and portals remain as well as magnificent sculptures and bas-reliefs.

Pasargad
Here is the Holy Land of Pasargadae. The burial place of Cyrus The Great: the founder of the Persian Empire, a man who denounced slavery and forced labor and believed in religious freedom, a monotheist of the ancient world who labored to promote goodness and justice as attested by the cuneiforms he ordered to be written on the Cyrus Cylinder in the ancient Babylonia. The site contains monuments from 5000 years ago as well as the ruins of several royal palaces, the trace of a royal garden and several towers. Pasargadae is located a few kilometers away from the Persepolis (Takht-e Jamshid). The Pasargadae complex was registered in UNESCO World Heritage List in 2004

Popular Beaches of Iran
Iran enjoys many different beaches with different mood and a wide range of holiday experiences. Shores of the Caspian Sea have mild and relatively cold weather and southern parts enjoy moderate and pleasant weather.
The coastline of the Persian Gulf in the south is rocky and mountainous in some areas and sandy and swampy in others; it is not as even as the northern shores of the country.
